Google Reviews Integration

Customer reviews are key to decision making before deciding to make a purchase. Product reviews are extremely important for online consumers. Capturing customer reviews from a CRM and responding to them inside a CRM will enhance customer communication and customer support. Developed a prototype API plug-in for ‘freshdesk’ to capture a google review from a website and convert it into a fresdesk ticket automatically. Customer review tickets will enable agents to address and solve customer issues as they happen and keep communication open with customers.
