World Education Services (WES) is a non-profit organization assisting international students and professionals to achieve their educational goals in United States and Canada. They evaluate and advocate for the recognition of international education qualifications and more than one million people worldwide have utilized their services. Developed a backend application to enhance existing WES portal supported by ‘freshdesk’ to add new product to their account and new ticket fields. Since WES portal have over hundred data fields to gather information for various services they provide, a custom interface is required to collect required data. The custom application developed for WES will enable user to customize the UI to show/hide data fields as required based on the services/departments selected by users.
