Integration of SAP Business One with CRM, eCommerce or Marketplace support desk services will enable businesses to improve efficiency by automating workflow processes and enhance customer service. Developed prototype API to integrate ‘freshdesk’ with SAP Business One to retrieve/add/update sales order details using web application. This integration will allow both applications to share/synchronize information.
