Xero Integration

Overview
Xero is an accounting software used by businesses to manage cashflow in real-time with online accounting, invoicing, billing and banking. Developed a prototype API to integrate Xero with ‘freshdesk’ to enable users to fetch customer information into freshdesk from Xero. In freshdesk users can retrieve customer information from Xero based on invoice number, mobile number or email. Customer data retrieved (name, contact information, invoices, items purchased, data of purchase, customer type and outstanding payment amount) from Xero can be utilized to analyse customer purchase and spending patterns, enable agents to view customer purchase history and provide personalized customer service.
